Or remember that you can
infer ( = deduce )
the words thanks to a
few rather simple techniques :
- First , mind
the agreements ( + singular versus plural , for example if you
read are , the subject is plural )
- Secondly ,
try to see if the word is not approximately written in the same
way as in French , it is the case for at least 5 words ( +
reconnaissance par transparence : carrots n'est pas
très éloigné de carottes )
- Thirdly ,
try to eliminate those which do not fit in the context ( for
instance , in the first exercise , the following sentence a
hat made of orange is not likely to be correct ...
)
- Lastly ,
anticipate the logical ending of a phrase or sentence ( ... an
ear of ... must not be too difficult to find out ! ) .
